"Searchable localized corporate knowledge"

What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? It centralizes knowledge and and removes individuals as single points of failure for problem solving on uncommon processes and flows. We've been moving to a new VPN software and all of the pitfalls got documted in stack overflow very quickly during the limited trial period and were very useful during the staged rollout. "Solid product with difficult uptake"

What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? The most significant upside of using SO for Teams over posting questions in other tools (like Slack) is the ability to tag them, watch those tags, and later search/filter by those tags.
