Reliable Incident alerting

What do you like best? Very easy to use and set up. Multiple notification options - I usually prefer in-app notifications to text/phone calls while others on my team get calls and use IVR to ack alerts. Alert Forwarding is also useful when we are not available for doing regular on-call. Very effective for IT Incident management and on call

What do you like best? - they are the only ones I found with an on-premise as well as cloud version which was a requirement at our company. - initial setup and configuration was very easy, we got started in about 15 mins - very fast, real-time & great UX - unlimited stakeholders for free means i can add anybody from the team who wants to page on-call or check what's happening without worrying about extra cost, which really helps.
