Love the tool and their support team. They're the most responsive team of folks and SO helpful!

What do you like best? The competitor (Kombat) functionality is great as is the google export option. You can add your own terms for them start tracking. Live chat support is second to none. What do you dislike? It' d be nice if they had a quick assessment tool to audit your site with exact recommendations for fixes - but this is available for free so many places on the web and really for novices.
