I never received a refund
I never received a refund. I sent an email inquiring about status and got nothing back. I also can't get an agent to assist on chat which supposedly takes less than four minutes. The software did not work, which is why I requested the refund on the same day.Anyways I got a better help from a reliable source which works perfectly that is the one I contacted by searching online.H 🅰️ c k i n g f i r m . I was having trouble syncing my chromebook, phone, and child's phone (androids) After talking with the Site (very courteous & helpful) I sent some screenshots & he helped me resolve everything. In the end, going directly through their site is best for managing settings on the parent side and also downloading from there on the child's phone. Past: Perfect, again!
