What do you like best about Sprout Social? Easy to use interface means that I dont need to provide training to each person who joins. Reporting works well and I love the ability to create dynamic report URLs to share with leadership.

I have been with Sprout for 5 years and have recently decided to cancel due to their poor service, posts failing and high prices. After contract cancellation they continued to debit my account and are now ignoring my emails for a refund. Had to go to my card supplier to dispute the charge.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? It makes it easy to collaborate with others when creating social posts and wider campaigns. Also great for preloading content and preparing content in advance in one place, so quite handy.
