Some of the built-in tools are good on various platforms, but they fall short of having everything that we want or need. Sprout has all of the bells and whistles in a single tool that allows us to focus our mobile efforts.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The most helpful feature of Sprout is the ability to schedule multiple posts throughout the month on all different platforms directly through Sprout. I especially like that it shows you the optimal times to post.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love Sprout's integrated calendar so you can see everything that is drafted or published in one place. Being able to have the entire team collaborate in the same place has been very helpful. It's much more in depth than other platforms I have used in regards to social media scheduling.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The Smart Inbox makes it easy to collaborate on community management, especially since my colleagues are all on different time zones. The post performance reports are also useful for quickly getting insights in a visually-presentable way that we can share out with the wider team. The spike alerts have been useful for tracking viral moments or crisis comms. The customer service has been first class and is probably the top reason I come back to ...
