What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love how intuitive and visual it is, their great customer support and all the functionalities that it offers, especially the reports. In general I think it's a great app to make lives easier for social media managers.

"Great all-rounder tool"
What do you like best about Sprout Social? I like the ability to export reports - it is very helpful to showcase to stakeholders across the business especially when they ask for updates. There are also a lot of internal team tools that I (unfortunately) don't have the time to utilise to their full potential. The tagging systems are very helpful as are the auto-publishing to Instagram and Twitter.
