What do you like best about Sprout Social? I'm really enjoying using sprout social so far. It's very intuative and I especially like being able to search keywords, customers names etc, this is something that was lacking on our previous social platform.

What I liked the best upon understanding the system is the AI assistant which provides agents with additional support to optimize their replies in a more professional and efficient way, but also being able to recognize the consumer sentiment through their replies which flags the agents if they're negative/positive.
