The webinars to help you understand and use the products to their full benefit are also great.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Ability to manage different clients in one portal. Social Listening, Scheduling, and Sentiment Analysis are all great features. I like that they are constantly working on adding new features.

It helps both our social media specialist but also our brand campaign initiatives and we can pull reports for specific campaigns or topics - it's a huge step up from the manual way we were doing prior.
