"Really Excited about this program"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I have been using Sprout Social for about a month and am unsure how we managed without it. I am excited that we can now manage all our platforms from one location! I log into one spot and post away. Before, I was logging into every forum, which was taking up a big chunk of my day. Now I post in a short amount of time!

Easy to schedule, can time posts down to the exact minute you want them out and with the autoomatic sprout queue it will find optimal times for you which is very handy, also the ability to compare to our competitors and see how we are perdorming during different time periods

That may seem like damning with faint praise but in an era when tools are constantly being updated or changed or evolved, Sprout is a consistent and solid performer. When changes are brought in, they feel like necessary changes and not change for the sake of it.

The various reports help me understand the performance of all my social accounts in detail and guide me on changes and optimisations to my strategy. The webinars to help you understand and use the products to their full benefit are also great.
