What do you like best about Sprout Social? SproutSocial makes it easy for me to interact with brand supporters. The Twitter ecosystem is a very messy place and having SproutSocial's engagement tools help cut through the noise. Whether it is a tagged handle or a direct message, I am able to have one dashboard where I can monitor incoming traffic. The overall metics provides a nice barometer of success.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The user interface is incredible easy to learn and streamlines the process of monitoring various accounts across multiple platforms. The interface itself puts everything you need right in front of you so that you never miss a message, retweet, or any other type of interaction. I would also say that they way the reports are set up makes it easy to understand what is happening across our accounts on each individual site or our audience as a whole.
