"Fantastic for SMBs & Agencies"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout's Smart Inbox makes managing multiple channels in one "stream" extremely simple. For anyone managing the "key" social channels out there (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), it's perfect. Additionally, their mobile app is fantastic. Since social media management is such a 24/7 job, being able to do virtually everything you can do in the web app while on the go is huge.

"Review of Sprout "

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I like how Sprout has clean design, and really, I love the social reporting. Personally, I think majority of social platforms due a poor job at reporting their insights - I used to spend hours downloading shitty spreadsheets from FB and Twitter and creating "engagement reports" for clients. Sprout allows me to do this in 30 seconds. Thank you!

One of my favourite things about Sprout Social is the level of support we get from their team - no matter how small the issue, I can always count on our relationship manager to find a solution for us or source information from somewhere else to make sure we have an answer.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love that Sprout Social allows me to control all of our social monitoring, management and analytics in one location. I am able to quickly see any incoming messages, discover potential outreach and report on recent activity. The social inbox and historical record of a conversation with a social contact is unmatched. Seeing past interactions with a social profile is vital and helps us gauge how our organizational mission is being achieved.
