"Great program better customer service"
What do you like best about Sprout Social? I think that it was a really great program for what we were needing it for. Customer service reps would reach out every few days and were even willing to jump on calls to make sure that i was getting everything I needed from the program. I would have given it a 10 but it was just a little too high for our budget.
