"The best social media management tool with room for improvement"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Out of the social media tools out there, Sprout Social is definitely the best one. I like that you can easily schedule AND queue posts over a variety of channels. I also really like the integrating analytics function. My favorite aspect about Sprout Social, however, is the friendly user interface, which trumps the other social media tools like Hootsuite for ages.
