What do you like best about Sprout Social? The additional resources and support. In addition to being able to use the platform, we have attended conferences and online webinars that have given us some additional insights to the business. We have been able to turn those insights into actionable business solultions for our partners.

"Very easy to use and very few limitations"
What do you like best about Sprout Social? The scheduling and inbox tools are very user friendly and robust. You can schedule out months in advance which is really helpful for us. They seem to keep pretty on top of APIs so I rarely have an issues with using them for every platform unlike some other similar brands I've used in the past. Also, the chat bot creator is extremely easy to set up and edit.
