"Great tool - simplifies multi channel approach"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout has a Smart Inbox which shows you all of your direct and indirect (via keywords) engagement. This allows you to engage with all whom engage with you from one central location. Messages can be tagged for sentiment, assigned to appropriate parties to respond to and taken care of. I don't know what we'd do without it!

No more looking through multiple pages to reply to comments or reviews. Their reporting is also very thorough and provides really valuable competitor incites which I use on a daily basis,

"Gets the job done, but needs some work"

"Very easy to use and very few limitations"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The scheduling and inbox tools are very user friendly and robust. You can schedule out months in advance which is really helpful for us. They seem to keep pretty on top of APIs so I rarely have an issues with using them for every platform unlike some other similar brands I've used in the past. Also, the chat bot creator is extremely easy to set up and edit.
