What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout Social is easily the most comprehensive but also streamlined and easy to use social solution I've ever found. I've used multiple social management programs, but none of them have the features Sprout does while still being user friendly.

At my company, we did a call-in session with Sprout to learn the basics, and it really helped us get to know the layout and answer our preliminary questions. If I have to cover for the main social media manager, I don't get as nervous as I used to when we didn't have everything streamlined. He easily lines up posts ahead of time and I just monitor the messages.
