"Perfect for the enterprise"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout Social is great for our business because multiple brands can roll up under the same account allowing for simplified administration and management. The ability to add/remove users is simple and there are lots of options for permission control. Creating and publishing features are always getting enhanced.

"We love Sprout!"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? We love that Sprout allows us to schedule posts well in advance as well as the "best time of day to post" suggestions- it makes it so easy to populate our social calendar! We also appreciate the ability to add "notes" to our calendar as reminders about upcoming dates.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The Hashtag Listening is okay I guess. Also, at least the Emojis work - I had other content management tools didn't have that.

"Sprout Social Provides The Tools And Reporting Your Company Needs To Help Succeed In Social Media"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprouts competitive reporting ability for social provides great insight into what others are doing within your space and allows you to use that data to inform decisions to improve your own brand's presence. Their smart inbox makes day to day management of social customer service comments easy. Their account management team is also very responsive and knowledgeable (shoutout to Alli Shefelbine!).

"Sprout Social makes life so much easier for me and my clients."

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The most helpful thing about Sprout is that I can schedule months of post in advance. Another helpful feature is the ability to send my clients a pdf of their scheduled posts. Something that is helpful for my employees is the Note feature. I can plan out the month with the Notes, and my content creators can read everything right there. No more emailing back and forth! Amazing.

"Great workflow and data insights"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I really find it helpful that Sprout uses data to back the recommended times for posting. Working for a global organization means sometimes my view of a perfect time isn't the same as the rest of the world. So knowing when my audience is most likely to engage (regardless of the country) is key to successful organic social.

The analytics on Sprout are great - they help us segment data for each of our 25 dental offices my state, and city to be able to compare and create benchmarks. The content calendar helps us keep track and prepare for what we'll be sharing for the month, and what we've shared previously.
