What do you like best about Sprout Social? We use Sprout Social as an agency exclusively for its auto scheduling ability and content calendar for our clients. It allows us to sit down, come up with a plan and automate tasks as much as we can. Additionally, we use the auto reports section to send weekly reports to our clients that are auto generated so we save time, and in the long turn, money!

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout is a great tool for managing incoming/outgoing social media posts. I really like that it ensures we're able to see every post that @mentions our company, as well as any posts that match the keywords that we've specified. The ability to tag posts is great, as it allows us to keep track of certain types of posts and run reports on them. The asset library is a great tool to help us respond to messages faster. What do you like best about Sprout Social? The ability to develop a process between team members has been invaluable. I find the approvals process extremely worthwhile. In the beginning, it wasn't perfect for our team. I expressed my desire for certain features and a different set-up to accommodate our program and Sprout customer service was more than willing to work with us to make it happen.

I'm massively more productive using Sprout, since I can schedule out a full week (or more) of posts at one time, instead of needing to stop during my day to constantly publish posts. Analytics are solid. When I've had questions or concerns, their support team has been responsive, and they've ACTUALLY enacted some of the suggestions I had about improving functionality. It feels great to be heard!
