The scheduling function is incredibly helpful as is the calendar feature to see where gaps are in content. The preview feature when writing a post is also extremely helpful.

We don't even use all of the capabilities Sprout Social includes, but it makes scheduling and community management for our social media easier than any other service we've found. We also recommend using Sprout Social to our clients who want a more complete system than other SMMS tools provide.
