It's so simple to use and to find what you are looking for, but it's not too simple where there are many functions you feel like you're missing out on. The support is amazing. Our accounts team is always there to help, but if you need something in a rush, there's always the chat window that connects you directly to support which is SO helpful.

I had my contract for services voided before it began because my sales representative/point of contact had provided poor customer service about a hospital stay for myself snd my elderly father, for whom I am responsible as well.
