Beware
Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep. That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? It makes dealing with an internet-based life nearness simple. Everything from arranging social posts, booking posts, revealing, and more are incorporated during this stage. My general involvement in Sprout has been for the most part positive. What do you like best about Sprout Social? Features are all included in one place. With other tools, I had to pay for something I needed that wasn't included. If you need something to get the job done, it's there.

Best ratings and analyze of social media accounts and advertising group management. The reaching control and the reporting by gender and age is helpful - we check the results additionally in our general web analytics tool and so a proper collaboration is possible.
