What do you like best about Sprout Social? We love using the Smart Inbox feature! It allows us to closely monitor all messages and comments in one location. And having multiple campuses and ministries, with many social channels, it's so easy to keep an eye on what our community is saying. The listening feature has been a game changer, and helps us to find trends in conversations so we can create relevant social content and marketing plans.
