What do you like best about Sprout Social? The reporting features are great. They are in-depth while also easy to understand for company stakeholders outside the Marketing team. Being able to build out our content calendar with the scheduling tools are also great.

"Simple, Supported, Superior"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The user experience is well designed, adding additional profiles is a snap, and the interface and speed far outstrips every competitor I've ever used. The support team (whether through live instant chat or email) is quick to respond, as well as provide meaningful and workable solutions. The cost may be a bit more than some competition but it's worth every dollar.

"Sufficient for scheduling, somewhat costly for all other features"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? The ability to schedule content is helpful and easy. It is very helpful to be able to add multiple brands for this purpose, as our company owns 2 separate brands that we need to regularly get all content scheduled for both. The interface in general is also very easy to use, even if you haven't used Sprout social before.
