I've used Hootsuite and AgoraPulse in the past and Sprout seems to have both of them beat with what you can do within each channel's capabilities. I get the most out of the platform from their reports. What do you like best about Sprout Social? I appreciate Sprout's tools that literally handles my social platforms for my company. We can't post to each platform manually so Sprout takes the lead 100%. We schedule the posts and Sprout works magic. Their chat feature is also great!
