"Sprout Social is Awesome"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Kyle was very kind and friendly. Very personable and not inpatient like other Sprout Social salesman are, maybe it's because he's not trying to sell us anything that I especially enjoyed having him. More along the likes of Sprout is the sleekness of the tool, easy to use, intuitive and smart.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Sprout Social's stat and performance tracking tools are so helpful for keeping track of our performance and honing our strategy moving forward, especially the comparison tool. We use month over month tracking mostly, but I love how you can use any time period comparison.

Do not use Sprout Social. Their sales team will purposefully not inform you that there is an auto-renew clause. The only communication you will get is from their billing team saying you owe them another 12 months fee. The customer support is terrible and we got no value from using this product.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I really enjoyed the scheduling view. You could see how your post would look across all of the different channels, which is really important as each channel has different character requirements and editing. I also enjoyed how smooth the tool was. It never timed out and was very powerful to keep your work saved even if you went away for a moment to add something else to it. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are real. We've had Sprout for 15 months and I believed we signed 12 month contract. As of January, all of the service orders sent to us by the company designated the contract as MONTHLY. We are not seeing the value in this product for the price point ($350/MONTH), so we initiated cancellation proceedings only to be told that we have 9 months left on our contract and will be responsible for paying the balance. We have now asked them for their Counsel ...

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love the support I receive from Sprout and the focus on learning to improve. We have standing monthly calls where I check-in with my account manager and share pain points. At first, I was tempted to skip out on these, but once I made them a priority I really started seeing the benefits of Sprout.
