PROS: It provides my team with the ability to publish various content into different social media channels to promote brand awareness. It gives us the capability to start a conversation, upload videos, start a series of blogs, and post it in our accounts, hoping to get more people to react to our content. Our current workflow is much smoother and faster than before, thus allowing us to provide real-time responses to our clients, which helps us set higher standards for our customer service.

What do you like best? With Sprinklr you have all the tools in one place. With Modern Engagement, you get very important data, reporting, and insights. The most useful is for me the Editorial calendar, where you can simply plan and publish all the social media posts. More people can have access to that so you can easily manage the content

What do you like best? Firstly Sprinklr is a great tool where I have good features and data available to get the details of reports. Offering me the necessary implements for the management and programming of social content publications. I can also create my own reports adapting to the needs of the organization.
