Superior customer service!
I've been using Spreaker for live broadcasting and podcasting since 2013. I started with a free account and am now using the Broadcaster account. I've watched the interface change over the years to make things more user friendly. There has never been a change in how friendly, courteous and professional the customer service representatives I've dealt with have been. Love spreaker platform
Love spreaker platform, they are the best podcast platform out there! Quick to answer questions and to assist with marketing, only thing will be not being able to see or click on my followers is annoying for greater audience involvement.

WARNING
WARNING - Spreaker trick you into an annual fee that is taken without warning and increases in cost!!!!!! They refuse to refund even when not authorised!

Support is ghosting and they randomly lock accounts
Sadly my account has been blocked for being "Non compliant with Terms and Conditions". After asking what I did wrong they ansered me generic as usual.I then asked for non generic answers. Since podcasting is currently my main income the block hit me hard.They locked my earnings and are ghosting me in the support.I really can not reccomend their service at the current state.If they gonna reply here I bet it will be another generic answer.

where are my stats and downloads after leaving Anchor and coming to Spreaker?
Moses gave me an answer that made sense about stats and DL's not coming over from another platform. this little detail should be added to FAQ's for new people like me who freaked out after not seeing any stats for a few days LOL. Thanks!

"Great For Short Series Podcasts"
What do you like best about Spreaker? It has a great slate of features that make getting a podcast up and running very easy. I loved the ease of distribution and social sharing all done right through the web browser. What do you dislike about Spreaker? It has a major flaw if you plan on long-term creation of a podcast.
