What do you like best about SpotOn? Customer service has been Spot on! Lol. They are always available and I've been able to help me with any issues I've had What do you dislike about SpotOn? Since they are new they're still working on updates. "Amazing rates for payment processing and really affordable prices on equipment/software"
What do you like best about SpotOn? The payment processing fees and structure are by far one of the best in the industry. Support for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs is highly rated and is 24/7. "Trendy, Slick Terminal & User-Friendly!"
What do you like best about SpotOn? It looks cool and up to date! Customers feel comfortable with it because it is new, unlike the old terminal we had that looked old and beat up and untrustworthy! What do you dislike about SpotOn? It can be hard to figure out at first, but once you figure out a couple tricks and short-cuts, its a breeze! What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you? I love the ability to have receipts emailed, texted, or printed & so do our customers!
