Easy to use and great backend technology
The PoS is not only easy to use, it is nimble and really helps checkout to be a more efficient and insightful process. Adjustable on the fly. Great metrics and insights. Overall, I’m not even using the tool to its full capacity and I love it already.

Don’t like excel format
Like everything except the excel format for the reports.Would be nice to email reports without having to save excel report.Year sales is no longer added up on the dashboard. Have to add up each month to get year total.Excel makes it impossible to email a report from my phone, which would be more convenient for me.

Great merchant services account
Spot on has been fantastic for my merchant services account. HOWEVER, I would like a customer service expert to assist me with all of the other features that SpotOn has to offer....especially the reviews.

Reporting capability
I believe that the reporting capability should be much better. Pretty hard to drill down into some key data without expending a great deal of time between screens.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent! Very fast! We still need assistance occasionally and always receive help immediately! System works great and is easy to navigate! Our sales person was amazing and we’ve made a new friend!

System crashed on our biggest day of…
System crashed on our biggest day of the year!! Not once but 2 -3 times. I really don’t think the system can’t handle high volume days!! Also customer service is really hard to reach! Long wait times.
