(Really tee'd it up for me) Seriously, John Reed, our rep walked us through step by step and set us up with the web page team and we couldn't be happier. No chance to dispute chargeback?
Found out this morning that I received a chargeback of almost $600. I noticed it on my bank account but never got any notice it was happening or warning - I was not allowed to fight back. Now someone that owed me $ for 15 months finally paid - then got it right back. Luckly I personally handled it with the customer but I will definitely cancel service I ever loose $1 due to charge back that I was not informed of until after the money was taken from me.1st charge back in 10 years and I didnt ...
