I needed to get daily gross sales for this past year. I tried using my MacBook and iPad, both at home and at work. Each report took at a minimum one full minute. If it took longer than that, I received an error message, or a message stating that there were no sales for that day, and I had to start all over. Neither of the two tech support people were able to help. The third person had me switch to Poynt dashboard, but that generated sales including tips and tax, which is not what I needed. ...

Spot on is the best POS system i have ever used. It’s simple and powerful in every way. I cannot imagine not using it after having it. It’s simple and has never went down or glitched in any way. There is no system close !!!
