Quite useful meeting app, but a bit pricey service

What do you like best? I really liked the free form feature, where I was able to write some notes, as well as the feature of connecting with and messaging other participants. The app is very intuitive to use, and requires practically zero experience with apps. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I would start by saying that the app itself is great and very customizable. I think the upside is its ability to adapt to your needs with a large selection of features which can be toggled on and off upon need. It is also very well designed in terms of visual customization. Great flexibele product which could use a better editor experience.

What do you like best? Flexibility of the product. You can build a lot of things. What do you dislike? User Experience in the editing Interface For example if you want to move something in the Agenda you have to move evry single item that Comes after it. A calendar view for the editing would be so much nicer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Flexible Agenda changes communicating to participants. What do you like best? the great cooperation and support with questions and bugs within the app What do you dislike? Sometimes there were minor problems with customization What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We enable our participants to individually set their Agenda. In particular, the social feed was also excellent.

What do you like best? The simplicity of the whole process; from first contact, to working with the SpotMe team on the design, to the app itself! Our account manager was proactive, organised and full of fantastic ideas. Her training sessions on how to use the back-end of the app at the start of the process were detailed and engaging - there was no such thing as a silly question!
