Quite useful meeting app, but a bit pricey service

I really liked the free form feature, where I was able to write some notes, as well as the feature of connecting with and messaging other participants. The app is very intuitive to use, and requires practically zero experience with apps. In my opinion, the price for the service rendered was a bit too high, although the quality of service was excellent. Solid App, Amazing Team

I would start by saying that the app itself is great and very customizable. I think the upside is its ability to adapt to your needs with a large selection of features which can be toggled on and off upon need. It is also very well designed in terms of visual customization. You can upload fonts, colors and other items to make the app fit your brand. Amazing experience

How easy and fast was configured.The support was excelent. At the moment we implemented we did not have the training to do by ourselves.So if we wanted to make las minutes changes we could not make them since the time zone did not allow it .. The meeting experience using Spto Me will change the way doing events. Meetings, Sharing Events.

Great flexibele product which could use a better editor experience.

Flexibility of the product. You can build a lot of things. User Experience in the editing Interface For example if you want to move something in the Agenda you have to move evry single item that Comes after it. A calendar view for the editing would be so much nicer. Flexible Agenda changes communicating to participants. Giving the Company a digital image.

Superb Support from Monica Ganeva and Silvia Triverio

SpotMe has great products but the products aren’t any good if they don’t have great technical support folks for us to work with. In particular, Monica has been instrumental for helping me to learn how to configure the platform for my organisation’s use. I should also mention that she has been very timely in her response and accurate in interpreting my questions. I cannot qualify this as a ‘delike’ as it pertains more to my needs than what SpotMe had planned for. It will be great if SpotMe ...

Great app for events

The usability, it's easy and straight forward to use it. Can use it to track performance and understand the metrics. It's a bit challenging to get everyone to setup the app, sometimes getting them to use their email doesn't work then we have to give out the access code. Maybe it would be better to provide them with the access code at the start. Also, uploading documents takes quite a while as well. Always great support. People sometimes too busy and too many tasks at the same time.

The Service of SpotMe is really great. People really want to solve your issue. Availability of people. Sometimes they are to busy or on an event when yiou would need an adhoc solution in your preparation. SpotMe makes our Events greater

It has a nice interface, and the structure of the app makes intuitive sense to non-digital natives. The SpotMe program team is also great to work with. Newsfeed could be more interactive, using video, etc. Provides a digital solution for our events, so that we dont need to print schedules/speaker bios/etc.
