We used Word Cloud at the beginning and end of the event. That was very popular. The ability upload pictures to the app was also great. We had a server issue which was quickly resolved. Fortunately, this was between sessions so the meeting participants were unaware of the situation. CMS is a Headache

It provides all the capabilities you could want for an event app The administrator side is absolutely nauseating to learn, navigate, and manage. It is not user-friendly at all, not intuitive at all, and is basically like learning how to code a program. I love how easy spotme is to navigate for event participants, it's clear on the menu what is contained within, the ability to make the platform very visual and bespoke, making participants not feel like they are using alien technology. Spot Me offers a full service product and have worked hard to customize feature for our events. The reliance on hotel wifi can cause problems at times. The app should work with regular phone service and wifi in the same way, but it does not. Use this product if you are looking for great customer support and a product that can be customized to your event. we are increasing audience participation/interaction at events.
