What do you like best? The ability to communicate to our participants (in terms of agenda and notifications) was invaluable. Our on-site SpotMe support was extremely professional and was able to quickly respond to changes requested by leadership. What do you like best? It is interactive and easy to use and like the functionality. What do you dislike? It is difficult to coordinate with the PMs as they are in a different timezone. It would also be easier if they understood what our objectives are as we are in the pharmaceutical industry and spotme is primarily designed for meeting events only. What do you like best? Matt Pavese is always a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. It was a tight turn around due to the contract but Jordan came in in full gear and made it work.
