Reliable company with great team

The team are very friendly and helpful, making updates to the app quickly and are knowledgeable when we ask questions about functionality. The app is reliable, easy to use and includes a lot of great features. It's often unclear which team will be going to the event itself until quite late & the cost is high compared with competitors - for this reason it would be nice for all the features to be included in 1 package rather than tiered pricing with added costs for new features. Excellent app and support team!

The app is really easy to use! The team are so nice and helpful, which really helped with pre and onsite event planning. I wouldn't hesitate to use this tool again! I would really like the Q&A feature to be more like a forum, so that others could see Qs posed by others 1. Connecting teams across different countries/regions, who are new to the business and working on the same projects. 2. Avoiding e-mail spam to keep participants up to date on essential logistical info for events.

SpotMe for campus milestone event

The dynamic nature of SpotMe enabled our event to be more prestigious than previous iterations. Found that following the event, wish we had tapped into more features that SpotMe had the capabilities to carry out. From the professional look and feel, to the capabilities made available, it gave our event a level of professionalism that was not there in years past.

Great experience

The service team was outstanding. Quick to respond, understood the business need an found a solution, super friendly and attentive. I think it is optimized for mobile but would be great to be able to show results in big screen in an optimized way as well. You can do it but it is not ideal. ask about the additional features. Honest Review

It is interactive and easy to use and like the functionality. It is difficult to coordinate with the PMs as they are in a different timezone. It would also be easier if they understood what our objectives are as we are in the pharmaceutical industry and spotme is primarily designed for meeting events only. Great experience for our participants

The ability to communicate to our participants (in terms of agenda and notifications) was invaluable. Our on-site SpotMe support was extremely professional and was able to quickly respond to changes requested by leadership. Lastly, using gamification was key in getting the participants excited to engage. There are no downsides to using SpotMe. It was great, the PM Jordan Poepping was fantastic to work with

Matt Pavese is always a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. It was a tight turn around due to the contract but Jordan came in in full gear and made it work. She was very capable and we can always rely on her to delivery quality service and deliverable. There are some limitations on the app that we had to work around. Cannot remember off the top of my head but I think it will be revised over time. I did not come across any problem that requires solving.
