Flexibility in handling changes

The SpotMe team was fantastic. We pulled together the content to manage a 1100 person meeting. We had to have all of our content reviewed before posting, which created a bottleneck. SpotMe was fantastic as they were able to get the majority of the documents posted before the event and handled the changes as needed very smoothly. The staff, great sense of teamwork and willingness to get things perfect every time. Coming up with solutions quickly and doing everything they can to ensure all events run smoothly. There's never a "no" always a "let's try". Technology is reliant on the infrastructure to run it and there have been occasions where systems outside of our control have hindered our delivery.
