The app is very interactive and the whole team loved it at the conference. This was a great way to get the non english speaking attendees involved. Couldn't upload videos but I have been told this is getting worked on. Great way to get a large audience engaged. Best experience!!

I don't know what was better - the customer service or the app itself! There are options to push even MORE social media and social sharing... I highly suggest having someone onsite to help facilitate the usage. It provides for an incredibly smooth experience. Managing a meeting with multiple speakers, moving parts and surveys.

Event app fo worldwide convention

I like the flexibility of the app, the global features including interactivity, logistical issues, networking, and personalized agenda. It's a very interesting tool for us to manage a personalized agenda for more than 1500 participants. And last point, very trustfull and secure tool, we never had any bugs. I think it would be very interesting to have more serious gaming tools inside the app. No more paper !

We have been very late to design the content of our brainstorming and the SpotMe onsite team has made an outstanding job to implement our specific forms linked to PDFs. Being able alos to rent iPad pros through SpotMe was also very confortable. Best Event Apps for engaging meetings

The app is extremely flexible and agile. It allowed us to do last minute changes until the last minute. The local server was also a great suggestion from the SpotMe team as it allowed to be independant from the bandwidt provided by the venue. Perfect onsite experience and great meeting app

Product is very flexible with all the features required for a meeting app. Spot-Me also had some interesting features on their meeting app e.g. word clouds and AR functionality. We used the AR functionality, which worked well. The Spot-Me team are fantastic and were great onsite. There is nothing in particular that I disliked. We found Spotme useful to build social capital amongst senior partners across territories and to instantly send messages and share material on their phones before, during and after events. Fantastic product with a truly excellent delivery team

The SpotMe team are amazing; they are brilliant at what they do, from a technical perspective, but also extremely personable and a joy to work with.
