Very Seamless and Tech Forward!
What do you like best? The ease of use and functionality of the SpotMe App. I like how we, as the customer, have access to Backend and can make changes anytime! Having a non-paper agenda where the sessions and items can be grouped by color is beneficial. I love how you can attach a PPT and take notes right on the Ipad. What do you dislike? I think it may be helpful to leave the need for an onsite tech to the client. Sometimes you may not need him/her onsite for small meetings. ...

What do you like best? I like the user interface its very intuitive - I like how we can customize it for each event What do you dislike? I cant customize the polling questions in the interface (i think they fixed that) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? polling has really helped us drive leads - and some new features I heard about (like push notification when a session is over) might help us take that to the next level

What do you like best? How easy it is to change data in the app, user friendly in-app experience, responsiveness of main SpotMe PoC What do you dislike? -The app is so glitchy!!!! Great app, great customer service
What do you like best? Customer service. Matt Polito is awesome to work with. Bent over backwards to make sure the app was perfect during our shows. What do you dislike? No major issues. The only piece that was difficult was the number of complicated integrations. It was not a SpotMe issue though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
