Stable, powerful, flexible app - extremely fast and professional support - GREAT JOB!!!

Very very flexible backstage area - you can solve nearly every problem on you own - and if not: there is a extremely fast and professional support helping you out. It works very well on iPhone - even if you are offline. The administration of the forms can be a little bit hard, as it is not sooo userfriendly. You can manage a big event by only using an iphone - we don't need ANY paper anymore.

Excellent, Extremely organised and practive

Audrey was extremely efficient and proactive when coming into the forum. The app was populated by our event organiser and it wasn't up to standard. Audrey designed the whole of the agenda from ground up the day prior to ensure it was ready for the first day, throughout the week she was proactive it solving problem and creating solutions. All of the tech worked perfectly with out internet and AV systems. It is safe to say that Audrey saved the conference and enabled it to be completed ...

Great experience with Spot-Me

We can customize elements of the app so that it looks like the company developed it itself. Some options seemed hidden and required a few clicks to get to. Not easy to show videos on the app. Encouraging participant engagement and getting a real-time gauge of their reaction.

My account manager and the availability of the account manager and their attention to detail and my event. There is not much I dislike about the app. Agendas and next year we will use more interactive sessions

Event App

It is super-easy to use, even people who have usually troubles adapting to digital tools have no issues using it. It is environmental-friendly and since we use the app - no more paper lying around the meeting rooms. The Backstage area is rather difficult to handle when you use it the first time. Excellent service and great app

Out of other meeting apps I've used, I think the ability to brand and customize is the best. The staff are all very responsive and easy to work with and the reporting coming out of the app is quite robust. It's a little pricier than some of it's counterparts. Spot me is great for event personalization. The benefits realized have been great - it allows us to network with clients on site at a program and see incredible reporting on what interests our guests through clicks, etc.
