"Good solution for small business"

What do you like best about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? I found it very easy to set up. I was up and running right away. Very refreshing differentiating feature from a lot of the full CRM systems out there! What do you dislike about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? The inability to send mass emails was disappointing but I love how it looks at my emails and sees who I’m emailing at least. The functionality enables me to track sales as well as organise my time. The dashboard also provides you with a "quote for the day" which is refreshing. Pretty much everything is customisable too. What do you like best about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? Task lists, agenda, creating customers and suppliers. We don't use more of the system at the moment reporting etc. What do you dislike about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? Not clear on how to generate reports. Could be faster too.
