"Good solution for small business"

What do you like best about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? I found it very easy to set up. I was up and running right away. Very refreshing differentiating feature from a lot of the full CRM systems out there! What do you dislike about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? "CRM system that is what it says - SIMPLE and easy to use - and economical"

What do you like best about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? Task lists, agenda, creating customers and suppliers. We don't use more of the system at the moment reporting etc. What do you dislike about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? Not clear on how to generate reports. Could be faster too. What problems is Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems) solving and how is that benefiting you? Being organised, prioritising, clear to do lists.
