What do you like best about SpotDraft? SpotDraft's customer service, mainly Jaya, was excellent throughout the implementation process of the software. They were very responsive to address any issues or questions that we had. Once all settings, questions and fields were set it was easy to use and streamlined our contracting process. What do you like best about SpotDraft? I find Spotdraft (SD) to be innovative in general. They are trying to solve a very tough problem. We have been using SD for all our customer contracts for over a year now. Initially, it took time for our sales team to adapt to a new tool, but now they use it every day! "Spotdraft - User-friendly and very customisable to specific contract management needs"

What do you like best about SpotDraft? I like that there's a certain element of make this your own in terms of workflow and usage. That way, we're not exactly restricted by the one-size-fits-all product approach, but instead it's a combination of good UI with customisable workflows. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? What do you like best about SpotDraft? SpotDraft has the best mix of functionality and reasonable pricing. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? There are some features that aren't ready yet. But that is understandable with a new company. What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been using SpotDraft for most of our contract flow and signing. It has made getting agreements out for signature much easier.

What do you like best about SpotDraft? Their system is straightforward, intuitive and easy to use, both for administrators and users, who have adapted to it very quickly. Their after sales support is fantastic, with a team lead by Ishita Sharma who are always keen and happy to help with any queries and deliver training. They are a pleasure to deal with.
