What do you like best about SpotDraft? - Effective user interface. It's easy to see and understand what is happening in the platform and how to use it. - Excellent customer support. What do you like best about SpotDraft? The tool is easy to use, and many of the features are incredibly thoughtful and unique to this tool. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? I wish I could update templates on my own. It would be easier if I did not have to rely on SpotDraft to make minor updates to our templates and could make quick changes internally. What do you like best about SpotDraft? The team is simply fantastic and extremely responsive. The product works very well for our use case - streamlining approval collection for purchase orders. During the implementation phase, we had a dedicated customer success manager who sat with us, understood our pain points and was able to configure our platform in such a way that the time taken to close purchase orders has reduced to under a day.
