What do you like best? Using the splunk plugin to have alerts pushed into ServiceNow for incident management for quicker resolution What do you dislike? There are no dislikes for Splunk Enterprise What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker incident resolution. By having the alerts identified automatically helps with incident resolution

What do you like best? Get ServiceNows log into Splunk so we can better disect the logs What do you dislike? The performance can be a little better. Splunk Enterprise Integration i Excellent
What do you like best? The ability to fully integrate and create flow of information from our CMDB to Splunk data warehouse. What do you dislike? There is nothing at this time. The app installed with no issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting CMDB and ticket creation to Splunk engineers.

Very powerful, quick, customizable log analysis tool
What do you like best? Splunk has been paramount in us gaining information from our log data, it has the ability to very quickly parse and understand the data. Once you parse the log data creating visualizations is easy and they can be grouped into dashboards which is quite convenient. Useful tool to access logs quickly
What do you like best? Index search result breaks down in to several useful fields. Helps in narrowing down the search. What do you dislike? Fields popup window does not list all results. There should be a scroll bar in popup window to scroll through all results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Study error stacks in IBM WebSphere and MQ.
