Easy to install and use

What do you like best? Easy to use control panel - quick access to managed pc's and servers What do you dislike? Better ability to shift screen view from target machine to my machine. Recommendations to others considering the product: try out the FREE trial! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing customers machines has become easier and less time consuming. Cost is 1/3 of old solutions.

So Easy & Efficient

What do you like best? It was SO easy to set up. Within minutes I was able access my work computer from my laptop. Fully functional! What do you dislike? Nothing really. I just didn't think ahead that I would have to download the program twice (one for laptop, one for work desktop); but it makes perfect sense! How else would you match up these EXACT TWO computers? What do you like best? There are so many great features! The ability to chat with the person on the other computer without having to log into the computer is amazing. The file transfer is wonderful! Splashtop is a great remote tool for a GREAT price!

What do you like best? I used to use LogMeIn (expensive) and Splashtop does everything I need it to do at a MUCH better price point! What do you dislike? Only 2 things "missing", that is I can't move a file from the user's computer to mine (i can move a file from my computer to their though) and the unattended access, I can only put that on 5 computers, due to my level of Splashtop, but not a deal breaker! What do you like best? It's a much more affordable solution for being able to log into desktops remotely without attendance. It's easy to use and see what clients are available. What do you dislike? You must accept permissions on the remote computer after attempting to login after software is installed and is easy to overlook if you plan on leaving a computer onsite active. Perfect replacement for GoToMyPC

What do you like best? As a former long-time user of GoToMyPC, I really like that Splashtop's features are very similar. This made the transition very easy for my users. I also find being able to add and remove licenses as needed with a pro-rated bill to be very useful, as we have users that may not need a full-time license and may just need temporary access. The best thing about Splashtop is that it is functionally the perfect replacement for GoToMyPC, but for a fraction of the cost. ...

Great product!! It works better than others I've tried and it's less expensive!

What do you like best? The connections are high resolution and very fast. I really like the features available in the toolbar when connected to a remote computer. Also, the wake-up option in the mobile app has been incredibly helpful. The interface is easy to use and low-profile so it's not distracting at all.
