The leader-boards encourage healthy competition and staff achievements are recorded in real-time, when someone wins an award, everyone can celebrate the success! Sometimes its a bit slow in updating and crashes, other than this its a very impressive software and allows everyone to be competitive, which in a marketing environment is essential What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Spinify? The ability to track performance is incredibly useful for us. What do you dislike about Spinify? The speed that it changes pages is currently quite slow. What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to introduce an incentive scheme that was difficult to track beforehand and required multiple spreadsheets.

What do you like best about Spinify? The Message feature that allows you to acknowledge a specific user is great for recognition that doesn't necessarily have to do with specific leaderboards.
