We found the backend UI sometimes clunky and unintuitive. What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you? Manually tracking ticket responses in Zendesk. Realized a fun real time competition environment for our team

What do you like best about Spinify? The leaderboards and achievement messages are fantastic to show monthly/quarterly progress towards quotas. What do you dislike about Spinify? Customer service seems a bit disorganized at times. What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easier to share team successes, especially while working from home.

Spinify gives us the capability to connect directly to Salesforce, so our reps can see their realtime activity cadence, and know how close they are to reaching milestone, or overtaking a colleague. We can even run competition leaderboards directly from a spreadsheet for any custom sales programs we want to create. What do you like best about Spinify? I loved how easy it was to get everything set up and integrated with Salesforce. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is when any help is needed. The team also likes the ability to challenge each other to competitions or leave comments/gifs on the leaderboards and achievements.
