What do you like best about Spinify? I like that there are prizes you can set up to push employees to be rewarded. I also like how visibility was shown to executives to allow more talk about certain employees to be recognized for their hard work. It pushed all of us to be better in order to get those prizes as well. Overall it was a fun tool that was implemented in our system. What do you dislike about Spinify? What do you like best about Spinify? I like the variety in the display boards. There are many ways to rank different activities by our team members, so it helps motivation in different ways. I also like that it can play a song when a team member hits a certain goal to help draw attention to their achievement.
