I wanted to use the new years offer. In the beginning my account only made problems because it didn’t recognize that I’m a pro member. I wrote the support and he tried to help. In the end I needed to pay the normal product price (with a small discount for the first month, they told me it would be lifetime so they lied.) and after I paid, no reaction from the support anymore and nothing.
