What do you like best about Spiff? Real-time visibility over the commissions that are already approved by management. They can be sorted by categories and this increased the overall motivation AND performance of the team. It's easy and intuitive to connect SPIFF with SFDC to gather important data.

What do you like best about Spiff? First of all, I like CSMs. They are supportive and get back to you fast when you have issues. Secondly, SPIFF has helped us provide transparent commission calculations so that the sales reps in our company are sure that they are compensated fairly and fast.

What do you like best about Spiff? The benefits of using spiff are that it is user-friendly and very easy to navigate to check quotas or payouts. What do you dislike about Spiff?

What do you like best about Spiff? Its easy to use both in the web and in the app. with it being linked to Salesforce it allow us to easily view our estimated commission. if you forgot how the calculations are dobe you can just easily click on the icon and you can view the calculations/formula. you can see how far you are from your quota and how much you need to close to reach your target.
