What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff is a new tool for me. I come from a firm where you wouldn't know your commission before it was paid out. If there was an error, you would need to wait until the next commission payment. With Spiff you know within 24 hours what your commission will be on a deal, if there is an error, you have plenty of time to get it fixed.
