"Simple, Easy to Use, and great clarity"

What do you like best about Spiff? As a leader, I have an easy to use portal that tells me where everyone stands in their payouts/commissions over the course of the year at any point. It gives me an opportunity to leverage that data to continue to motivate certain individuals or take actions on others. It really is the most simple and straightforward tool for commission payout and planning I have used thus far.

"Real-time information for proactive financial planning!"

What do you like best about Spiff? My company has been using SPIFF for about a year. Before, everything was on a spreadsheet and contained errors, no real-time information, and was frustrating. I love being able to log in at any time and check my commission status and calculations. It helps me track my OTE and do proactive financial planning.
