What do you like best about Spiff? Spiff is great. At a previous company, we had an excel spreadsheet with a formula that would sometimes break (surprise surprise) and had me questioning the legitimacy of my commissions. With Spiff, I am able to see how much I am going to be paid and track my commissions for each month and quarter on a dashboard that is easy to digest.
